Shipping policy

SHIPMENTS

ADDICTED2 is committed to ensuring that the shipment to your address is done flawlessly. Shipments are free throughout Italy and with an order over € 150, while for EU countries they may vary. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, after indicating the shipping address.

Delivery times can range from a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 5 working days, except in cases of force majeure, ADDICTED2 cannot be held responsible in any way for delays due to customs operations or for causes attributable to the courier. We will take care of any inconvenience.

Orders are shipped by ADDICTED2 and our partners from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 5 pm, orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning.

RETURNS

Returns are free and must be addressed to: ADDICTED2, via Giacomo Leopardi 22, 20900 Monza (MB).

With a view to protecting the customer, reference is made to Legislative Decree 206/2005.

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with his purchase, the unworn items can be returned for size change, type of goods or refund within 14 days from the delivery date.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

1. To request a return authorization, the Customer must send a request to the address info@addicted2.shop within 14 days of receiving the order. The e-mail must specify the codes of the items to be returned and the desired compensation: size change, item change or refund.
2. Once the return request has been received, ADDICTED2 will send the Customer a written confirmation by e-mail.
3. In case of change of size or article, the shipment of the new garment will be free for garments with a value greater than 150 €.
4. The customer can choose three types of compensation:

- Size change

- Item change

- Reimbursement

The refund will be made within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods.

1. The return of the garments must be received at the ADDICTED2 headquarters within 10 days of the written authorization to the customer.
2. 6. There is only one free exchange of goods for each authorized return.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Any security thread present on the items that are returned must not be cut or broken. The garments must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and show no signs of any kind.
2. Each item must be returned including the original labels, packaging and accessories (dustbags, hangers, clothing covers, etc.) received with the order.
3. All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged or altered in any way, nor used as a single external packaging.
4. In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipping by ADDICTED2, it is required to follow the same instructions above. ADDICTED2 reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and bear the shipping costs for the return of the goods to its premises.
5. Swimwear and underwear must be tried on over your personal underwear. Returns of these items will be refused and sent back to the Customer if the items show signs of use.
6. ADDICTED2 reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized or sent by couriers other than that indicated in the email with the return instructions. The acceptance of these returns involves a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods.
7. ADDICTED2 will not accept returned goods if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions set out in the return policy. In these cases, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
